About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Modeling Map website and products, operated by Kseniia Kukoiashna (registered as ФОП Кукояшна Ксенія Ернестівна), a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur / ФОП) registered in Ukraine (“Modeling Map”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use Modeling Map
You must be 18 or older to purchase on your own. If you are under 18, you may use Modeling Map and make purchases only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
What Modeling Map is (and is not)
Modeling Map is an educational resource based on personal industry experience. We offer:
- the Modeling Map Full Guide (a digital PDF guide);
- the 7-Day Sprint (a digital starter guide with limited chat questions);
- the Guide + Audit plan, which includes a 1-on-1 session with the author.
Important: Modeling Map does not place models, does not represent or operate an agency, and does not guarantee castings, contracts, jobs, income, or any specific result. Our content is for information and education only and is not legal, financial, medical, or career advice.
We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or recommend, any agency, scout, manager, client, or other third party you may deal with, and we are not a party to any contract or arrangement you enter into with them. You are responsible for your own decisions, safety, and wellbeing, including any decision to travel, relocate, sign a contract, or work with a third party, and you should read every contract carefully and seek independent professional or legal advice before acting.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site as one-time payments in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Fondy. Depending on your card, bank, and country, you may be charged in your local currency using the exchange rate that applies on the day of purchase, and your bank may add its own conversion or transaction fees. By purchasing, you confirm the payment method is yours and that you are authorized to use it.
Delivery
Products are digital. After successful payment, you will receive access, normally a download link by email, within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact modelingmap@gmail.com. For the 1-on-1 session, we will arrange scheduling with you by email after purchase.
Refunds and cancellation
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once you have received access to the product.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once download or access begins. For the 1-on-1 session, you agree that we may begin providing the service before the 14-day period ends, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the session has been fully performed. Until access begins or the session takes place, you may still request a refund.
Intellectual property
All content in the guides, materials, and on this site, text, images, and design, belongs to Modeling Map and is protected by copyright. When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may not copy, resell, share, republish, or distribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or products, for example, by trying to break site security, copying content for redistribution, or using our materials for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for decisions you make based on our educational content, or for the acts, omissions, or content of any third party you choose to deal with (such as agencies, scouts, or clients). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be handled under Ukrainian law. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
