Who we are
Modeling Map (“Modeling Map”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an educational project operated by Kseniia Kukoiashna (registered as ФОП Кукояшна Ксенія Ернестівна), a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur / ФОП) registered in Ukraine.

We are the controller of the personal data described below.
What data we collect
We collect only what we need:
- When you request the free guide or contact us: your email address, name, country, and age.
- When you make a purchase: your name, email, and country, plus the details of what you bought. Payment card data is entered directly on the payment page of our payment provider (Fondy): we do not see or store your card number.
- When you use the chat / consultation included in a plan: the messages you send us and any information you choose to share, through whatever channel you pick (e.g. email, WhatsApp). If you contact us through a third-party platform, that platform also processes your data under its own privacy terms, which we do not control.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends automatically (such as IP address) and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider. With your consent, we also use cookieless website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics); see section 09. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To send you the free guide and deliver products you purchase, to perform our agreement with you.
- To answer your questions and provide the consultation included in your plan, to perform our agreement with you.
- To send you emails about the guide or related updates, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep records required for tax and accounting, to comply with our legal obligations.
Age and minors
Modeling Map is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 may use the service and make purchases only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are under 18, please do not submit any personal data without your parent’s or guardian’s permission. When we ask for your age, we rely on you (and, for minors, your parent or guardian) to answer honestly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data without proper consent, contact modelingmap@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Modeling Map, and only as needed:
- Fondy: to process payments.
- MailerLite: our email service provider, which stores your name and email address and sends the free guide, product deliveries, and updates you have subscribed to.
- Vercel: our website hosting provider.
We may also disclose data if required by law.
International data transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside Ukraine (for example, on servers in the EU or the US). Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with applicable law.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for example, while you are subscribed to our emails or as required for accounting, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email modelingmap@gmail.com.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Ukraine, you may contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).
Cookies and similar technologies
We use your browser's local storage to remember your language choice and your cookie preferences. These are strictly necessary for the site to work as you expect and do not track you.
With your consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: page views, referring sites, country, and device type. It works without cookies and does not identify you personally; the data is aggregated and cannot be linked back to you. You can accept or decline this on your first visit and change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.
We do not use advertising cookies. If we add other services that set cookies (for example a payment provider or an email sign-up form), we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
